Class Details
We believe in rebuilding from the inside out, safe and effective training that has long-term benefits.
Our training is offered in a small group and/or one-on-one setting and is conducted in accordance with Safe Return to ExerciseTM principles by our MumSafeTM Trainers.
This is an exercise class with an environment that is suitable for mothers to bring their children to. Exercises are modified to assist women to work towards their health and fitness goals concetrating on the different stages the body goes through.
