Coaches are always present to support and supervise, giving you the freedom of flexible gym training without the guesswork or overwhelm.
Guided Strength Training
Guided Strength Training is a supported, self-paced strength and fitness class designed for people who want to train with confidence, structure, and reassurance. You’ll follow a personalised program in a calm group setting, with expert supervision to help you move well, build strength, and feel safe doing so.
