Guided Strength
A self paced workout, planned, delivered and supervised by our Exercise Physiologists in consultation with our Physios. It encompasses body weight, free weight and pulley exercises along with cardiovascular conditioning. Participants work through an individually tailored session at their own pace within a supportive group environment.
Agelessley Active
Stay active, healthy, and independent, regardless of age and physical ability. Includes general strength, light cardiovascular fitness, and falls.
Child Friendly Women's Sessions
We work in conjunction with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist (Jen Plath at Physio Vida) to prepare and deliver personalized programming to suit where each individual is at in their journey and aligned to their personal goals. We believe in rebuilding from the inside out, safe and effective training that has long-term benefits. Our training is offered in a small group and/or one-on-one setting and is conducted in accordance with Safe Return to ExerciseTM principles by our MumSafeTM Trainers.
