It offers structured, purposeful training in an environment that understands the realities of motherhood — without lowering standards or expectations.
This is not a crèche and it’s not a watered-down session. Children are welcome to be nearby while you train, with toys and space provided, and a coach who understands the ebb and flow of training with kids present.
The focus remains on helping you rebuild strength, fitness, and confidence in a way that is safe, supported, and realistic. Led by a mum and qualified pre- and post-natal coach, Lioness is especially well suited to women returning to training after having a baby, as well as those navigating changing bodies, limited time, or inconsistent care options.
Training is scaled and coached appropriately, so whether you’re rebuilding or simply trying to maintain momentum, you’re met where you are.
Lioness exists because too many women are forced to choose between looking after themselves and looking after everyone else. Here, you don’t have to choose. You train in a calm, women-only environment where understanding doesn’t mean excuses — it means intelligent programming, flexibility, and respect.
No judgement. No pressure to “bounce back.” Just strong, sensible training that fits real life — and helps you feel capable in your body.
Is Lioness right for me?
Lioness — Child Friendly Training is for you if you want to train properly but need an environment that understands motherhood. It’s ideal if you’re returning to training after a baby, navigating a changing body, or simply don’t have reliable childcare — yet still want structured, meaningful fitness, not a soft option.
Lioness may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a crèche-style service, a high-energy bootcamp, or a session where your child is completely separated from you.
This is real training, in a calm and supportive space, designed to help you rebuild strength and confidence while your children are nearby — not an excuse to stop progressing.
