NQNA High Performance Program (HPP) Overview

Take Your Netball Career to the Next Level with NQNA's High Performance Program! This exclusive, invitation-only program is for dedicated athletes turning 16 to 18 years old in 2025 who are committed to reaching State Titles, excelling in Premier League and achieving beyond the bounds of North Queensland. Over the span of 12 months, this elite program will push your limits, sharpen your skills, and prepare you for success at the highest levels of competition.

Program Highlights:

• Selective Recruitment: Our HPP is designed to create a balanced and cohesive team. Only the best will be chosen, ensuring that each athlete has the opportunity to grow and excel in their specific position. You'll receive positional-specific training and in-depth team tactics to prepare you for elite play.
• Expert Coaching: Train with a variety of world-class coaches, including top Australian coaches, who bring unparalleled experience and insight into the game. Their guidance will push you to develop both your technical abilities and your strategic understanding.
• Comprehensive Training Regime: The program includes everything you need to excel: strength and conditioning sessions in the gym, sports science testing to track your progress, and mindset workshops to develop mental resilience and focus.
• July Team Tour: One of the key highlights of the HPP is our July School Holidays Tour. You'll compete as a team in a high-stakes environment, testing your skills against top-level competition. After the tour, the focus will shift toward individual preparation for state titles in Term 3, 2025.
• Exclusive Apparel: As part of the HPP, you'll be outfitted in premium training gear from Tribal Sport and Bumrs, designed exclusively for our athletes.
• Flexible Payment Options: We understand the financial commitment involved, which is why we're actively seeking sponsorship to reduce costs. Payments can be made by term upfront or through convenient weekly direct debits.
