This is not a big-box gym, and it’s not a space where you’re left to figure things out alone. Our gym exists to support people who want to train with purpose — whether that means following a structured program, building strength safely, or having the confidence that someone knowledgeable is nearby if you need help. The floor is calm, well-equipped, and intentionally designed for strength training, conditioning, and movement. 
There’s no ego, no pressure to perform, and no expectation that you already “know what you’re doing.” 

Training with structure — not guessworkMost people don’t struggle with motivation — they struggle with uncertainty. What should I do? Am I doing this right? Am I going to make things worse? 
At PRIDE, gym training is supported by clear programming and professional oversight. You won’t be wandering aimlessly between machines or repeating random workouts. Whether you’re training independently or alongside others, there is always structure behind what you’re doing. Our team is present on the floor to supervise, answer questions, and guide when needed — without hovering or interrupting your flow. 

A space for real people and real bodies Our gym welcomes: 
  • people returning to training after a break 
  • people managing pain, injuries, or health concerns
  • people who don’t enjoy loud, crowded gyms
  • people who want to feel capable and confident again 
You don’t need to be fit to train here. You don’t need to look a certain way. You just need to be willing to show up. 
More than open gym — part of a systemThe gym works hand-in-hand with our class options, giving you flexibility as your needs change. Some people start with guided or coached sessions and move into more independent training over time. Others use the gym as their primary training space, supported by clear programs and access to expert help. There is no “one right way” to train here — only the right way for you. 
Calm. Capable. SupportedIf you’ve ever felt intimidated by gyms, overwhelmed by choice, or unsure where to start, this space was built with you in mind. Training doesn’t need to be loud, chaotic, or extreme to be effective. It needs to be thoughtful, consistent, and supported.
