Guided Strength Training
Guided Strength Training is a structured strength and conditioning session for people who want to improve fitness and strength, but don’t feel comfortable walking into a typical gym or high-intensity group class.
It offers a clear plan, expert supervision, and a calm environment — so you can train with confidence rather than fear.
Each session follows an individually tailored program that may include bodyweight, free weights, machines, and cardiovascular conditioning.
You move at your own pace, with guidance available throughout, ensuring exercises are appropriate for your body, your history, and your goals.
This class is ideal if you’ve been held back by injury, pain, a health condition, or simply uncertainty about what you should or shouldn’t be doing. Many participants come in feeling unsure because of bad backs, joint issues, chronic conditions, or past experiences that made training feel risky.
Guided Strength exists to remove that uncertainty — without wrapping you in cotton wool. While the atmosphere is supportive and unhurried, this is still real training. The focus is on building strength, improving movement, and maintaining fitness safely and progressively — not on being pushed beyond your limits or left to figure things out alone.
Guided Strength Training suits people who want an alternative to traditional group fitness, a stepping stone back into training, or a long-term solution that balances challenge with confidence.
It’s structured, sensible, and designed to help you feel capable in your body again — whatever your starting point.
