3-Month Foundation Package – Regional

Targeted development for regional athletes seeking structured, high-quality training and support.

The Regional Foundation Package provides athletes with a clear, consistent training pathway across three months, combining high-impact face-to-face sessions with at-home skill and fitness development.

Who is the Foundation level for?

For athletes who are approx. 10–12 years and are newer to structured training or who are still mastering the fundamental skills of netball. The Foundation Squad focuses on:

  • Movement patterns and footwork foundations
  • Passing, catching, timing and spatial awareness
  • Introduction to positional understanding and simple unit structures
  • Confidence, consistency and game awareness
Ideal for athletes transitioning to full-rules competition or wanting a strong technical base.

Monthly High-Performance Training Sessions

3 × 90-minute on-court sessions delivered in February, March, and April.

  • Sessions capped at 15 athletes to ensure individual feedback and meaningful coaching.
  • Focus areas include:
    • Footwork, movement efficiency, and ball-handling
    • Unit attack and defence principles
    • Game IQ, decision-making, and competitive intensity
    • Position-specific development
  • Each session builds progressively across the three months.

  • Conditioned for regional access (minimal equipment needed)
  • Focused on strength, conditioning, speed, agility, and movement quality
  • Delivered in an easy-to-follow format suitable for youth and developing athletes

 Home Skills Workbook

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which we operate, the Bindal people, and extend this acknowledgement to the Wulgurakaba people of Townsville. We pay our respects to their elders, past, present, and emerging, and extend that acknowledgement to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who choose our services. We thank them for the opportunity to operate on this land so we can help all people improve their lives regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual preference, or background.

We are committed to reconciliation and pledge for it to live in the hearts, minds, and actions of all at PRIDE and NQSA.
