Foundation Holiday Clinic

Build confidence, sharpen skills, and learn the game in a fun, supportive environment.

Our Foundation Holiday Clinic is designed for young athletes who are new to netball, transitioning to full-rules games, or keen to strengthen their basic skills before the season begins. This clinic is perfect for players aged approximately 10–12 years, but is open to any athlete who would benefit from building a strong technical base.

Across the session, athletes will focus on:

  • Essential footwork and movement patterns

  • Clean, consistent passing and catching

  • Position basics and simple attacking and defensive concepts

  • Ball skills, balance, timing and spatial awareness

  • Fun, game-based activities to grow confidence and game understanding

The clinic is delivered in a supportive environment where athletes can learn, ask questions, make mistakes and develop at their own pace. It’s a great way to boost confidence —whether you’re brand new to netball or simply want to improve your fundamentals.

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which we operate, the Bindal people, and extend this acknowledgement to the Wulgurakaba people of Townsville. We pay our respects to their elders, past, present, and emerging, and extend that acknowledgement to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who choose our services. We thank them for the opportunity to operate on this land so we can help all people improve their lives regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual preference, or background.

We are committed to reconciliation and pledge for it to live in the hearts, minds, and actions of all at PRIDE and NQSA.
