We are excited to introduce the North Queensland Netball Academy, the premier private sports academy that is set to revolutionise the netball landscape in our region. Our academy aims to elevate the netball experience for aspiring athletes, offering comprehensive programs that foster both personal and athletic growth. With a focus on skill development, performance enhancement, and holistic support, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment that cultivates young talent and propels them towards achieving their netball dreams.

Our amazing term Programs.

Development Squads 

Our development squads are open to all comers, where players of varying skill levels can learn and grow together. These squads focus on fundamental skill development, teamwork, and building a strong foundation for a successful netball journey.

Performance Squads

Our performance squads are designed to take skills to the next level. Entry into these squads is through a selection process, ensuring that we work with the most promising athletes in the region. These squads receive specialised coaching and access to a comprehensive suite of holistic services to enhance their overall athletic performance.


Extension Squad / For identified athletes

The Extension Squad is an exclusive invitation-only program, designed to nurture and elevate athletes who have been identified with potential to represent the region at State Titles. It's all about matching our outstanding talents with their peers in metropolitan areas, creating a powerhouse of excellence on the netball court.

Performance squads

For athletes aged 12 and above with higher representation aspirations and ready to seize the netball excellence journey? In term three the squad continues to evolve with two squads the Teal and Purple squads. Nominate via the book now page or email hello@nqna.com.au for more information 

Development squads

For athletes aged 11 & 12 (Junior) and 13 and above (Senior). Develop skills and take your game to the next level. Register now by clicking "Book Now" below and choose your desired squad from the left menu.
